Thank you for your purchase! Here are the key shipping details toensure a smooth delivery experience:
1. Delivery Area & Timing
Delivery Area: We currently offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country or region.
Processing Time: Orders are prepared and shipped within 1-3business days after payment is confirmed.
Delivery Time: 8-15 business days after shipment (add 1-3 daysfor remote areas). Delays may occur due to weather or otherfactors.
2. Order & Tracking
An order confirmation will be sent once payment is received. Atracking number and link will be provided when your order ships.
Track Your Order: Click "Track Your Order" in the confirmationemail, or log into your Shopify account and visit "My Orders".
3. Address Changes & Cancellations
Address Changes: Only accepted before the order has shipped.
Changes cannot be made once the order is on its way.
Order Cancellation: Cancellations before shipment are handledaccording to our return policy. If canceled after shipment, thebuyer will be responsible for both outgoing and return shippingfees.
4.Issue Resolution
For delivery delays, damaged packages, or other issues, pleasecontact us within 7 days of discovery. We can help arrange areplacement or refund.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or no oneavailable to receive it, you may pay a new shipping fee to have itresent or receive a refund (minus the original shipping cost).
